We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative / Assistance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns and determining appropriate solutions
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1+ year of customer service experience (remote experience a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using CRM software, email platforms, and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
Preferred Skills
Experience in call center or remote support environment
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
