Job Description
We currently have a team of over 100 experienced actuarial and finance professionals and are seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as HRBP:
Role & Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding across multiple offices
Handle day to day HR administration tasks including payroll promptly and with a high level of accuracy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and personnel files
Manage communication and logistics for interview arrangements between candidates, hiring managers, and external parties
Conducting annual salary and compensation surveys and findings
Leading the development of human resource related policies and procedures
Ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resource or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the financial or consultancy industry and mid-sized organizations
Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and local labor laws.
Local labor laws knowledge of Taiwan, South Korea or Mainland will be advantage
Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management and reporting back to management in a timely manner
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin skills are a plus.
