Role: SAP Commissions Consultant

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Remote – Anywhere in India

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and business objectives

• Analyze current SAP Commissions implementation integrated with Oracle

• Design SAP Commissions in HANA ensuring the right architecture and functionality

• Support new technology implementations and enhancements

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support

• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements

• Guide team members in solution design and best practices

• Review and approve technical artifacts (HLD, LLD, test plans, deployment plans)

• Review analysis outputs and ensure quality delivery

Requirements & Skills

SAP HANA Database

• HANA SQL scripting

• Creating HANA libraries

• Building views with privilege security

• Creating structured privileges for role-based access

Service Accounts & Integration

• Configure service accounts for API calls

• Connect SAP Commissions Workflow with HANA DB and Incentive Management

Embedded Analytics

• Create Stories and dashboards

• Manage security for EA Stories

• Configure EA Teams

• Automate user assignments

IAS (Identity Authentication Service)

• Manage users

• Create/modify IAS transformations

• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO)

SAP Incentive Management (Commissions)

• Configure rules and rule elements

• Posting and period finalization

• Strong commission/compensation domain knowledge

SAP Commissions Workflow

• Create/manage workflows

• Workflow scripts

• Scheduled task automation
