Recruiter Tailored Management
As a Recruiter at Tailored Management, you will lead the recruitment of senior-level, specialized professional and technical contingent talent for Fortune 500 and technology-driven organizations, serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. This role requires strong autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex, high-impact requisitions while engaging experienced professionals and technical subject-matter experts. The collective goal of our organization is to drive revenue through high-quality placements by consistently exceeding client expectations and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Source, identify, and engage highly skilled mid- to senior-level professional talent within technology and technical business environments using proactive, strategic sourcing methods.
Conduct in-depth candidate screenings that assess technical expertise, professional maturity, problem-solving skills, and alignment with client culture.
Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships from first contact through assignment completion, positioning Tailored Management as a trusted career partner.
Prepare candidates for client interviews by sharing detailed role insight, technical context, and guidance tailored to senior-level interview expectations.
Provide thoughtful feedback and consultation post-submission and post-interview, managing expectations around timing, market conditions, availability, and compensation.
Extend offers and guide candidates through compensation discussions and client-specific onboarding requirements with professionalism and discretion.
Independently manage multiple high-impact requisitions while consistently meeting or exceeding client coverage and delivery goals.
Partner closely with client services and account management teams to calibrate on role requirements, communicate candidate progress, and share market intelligence.
Success in this role is evaluated based on a defined set of performance indicators, including quality candidate submissions, interview activity, offer outcomes, and timely coverage of client requisitions.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
3+ years of recruiting experience required.
Work Environment & Schedule
This role is primarily onsite in a professional office environment, with work-from-home eligibility available after meeting established performance benchmarks.
Full-time position (40 hours per week); start and end times may vary to support clients and candidates across multiple U.S. and Canadian time zones.
Daily use of standard office equipment, including computers and VoIP technology.
Role is largely sedentary and requires frequent verbal communication.
