Experience - 2 to 5 Years

Mode of Interview : Face to Face (Mandatory)

#Required Skills :

· Strong experience in end to end IT Hiring.

· Experience in IT Recruitment - Contract and Permanent Staffing (Domestic).

· Responsible for full life cycle of recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, presenting and closing candidates.

· Interacting with the clients for better understanding of requirements.

· Browsing Job portals like (Naukri, Monster, Linkedln) and also through the Reference and Job Posting for sourcing the profiles and Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirement.

· Communication : Should have good communication.

· Should also have Client interaction experience.

· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

· Highly motivated and willing to work hard

· Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
