Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Partner Analytics Analyst is a hands-on role focused on cleaning, augmenting, and analyzing data and turning it into dashboards, reporting, and decks used by Partner Relations, Finance, and divisions. The primary area of focus will be on air data, but this role will also provide general analytics support across other categories (cruise, tour, destinations, hotel and others as needed) and help produce recurring reporting materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Air data ingestion, cleaning and reference data maintenance · Ensure air data is ingested, normalized and maintained for reporting and analysis. · Build and maintain processes to clean and augment data · Monitor data quality issues, investigate root causes, and fix or flag issues quickly.
2. Dashboards and self-serve reporting · Build and maintain dashboards for air performance so Partner Relations, Finance and divisions can self-serve the data they need. · Support dashboard and reporting needs across other categories when required.
3. Ad-hoc analysis and stakeholder support · Provide ad-hoc analysis requested by Partner Relations, Finance and divisions across categories. · Support partner negotiations with clear visuals and simple, defensible performance summaries.
4. Recurring decks and performance reporting · Produce recurring decks and reporting packs used for Finance tracking and commercial performance meetings. · Help keep recurring materials consistent by maintaining templates, metric definitions and data refresh processes.
5. Third-party data preparation · Prepare data extracts for third parties, ensuring outputs are consistent, accurate and high quality. · Run quality checks and reconcile against internal reporting to avoid inconsistencies.
6. Opportunity spotting and communication · Identify trends and opportunities in air data and broader reporting and proactively share them.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in data, mathematics, engineering, economics or another quantitative discipline.
2+ years of experience in data analytics.
Good financial acumen and comfort working with performance metrics.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to create clear, professional presentations.
Experience with Power BI and Alteryx is a plus (but not required).

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
