What You’ll Do

- Respond to client questions through email, phone, chat, and other online channels

- Provide clear, friendly support while helping clients find solutions

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely updates and accurate follow through

- Keep digital records organized, including notes, service updates, and client history

- Track open items and proactively communicate next steps

- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks

- Look for simple ways to improve the client experience and streamline workflows
