The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking one (1) Information Technologist 3 in the Information Technology Division (CBTS).
This position is for current Taxation employees.
What You’ll do as an Information Technologist 3:
• Primary Technology: ServiceNow Support
• Secondary Technology: Telephony Support
• Handles primary ServiceNow system for incident, requests, changes and ITIL.
• Supports CBTS and other call center telephony services.
• Provides incident management and mentoring of lower-level staff.

36 mos. combined work experience in multiple areas of assigned responsibility (e.g., infrastructure, database administration, software development, business process analysis) including 12 mos. combined work experience as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
