We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Recruiter who wants to start or grow a career in tech recruitment and learn from real hiring projects.
Responsibilities
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
Screen CVs and assess candidate fit based on role requirements
Conduct initial interviews (intro calls) with candidates
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS / CRM
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support senior recruiters with active vacancies
Learn recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview frameworks
Requirements
Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with information, follow processes, and meet deadlines
English level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher
Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment
Nice to have
First experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer support
Experience with LinkedIn or job platforms
Interest in IT, startups, or technology industry
