Your Role:

Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements

Ensure meals are prepared safely, timely, and with attention to taste and presentation

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all sanitation and infection control standards

Collaborate with dietary staff to meet residents’ preferences and special diets

Accurately follow recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary restrictions

Monitor food temperatures and document according to regulatory standards

Assist with inventory, food storage, and receiving deliveries

Perform additional duties as assigned in support of dietary operations

Who We’re Looking For:

Prior cooking experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or institutional setting preferred

Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and special dietary needs

Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

A caring and respectful team player committed to quality service

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required
