Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations for TI, fit-out, and mission-critical interior projects

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

Manage site logistics, sequencing, and daily scheduling

Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and quality checks to ensure flawless finishes

Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain budget, schedule, and client expectations

Oversee RFIs, documentation, and daily reporting

Maintain strong communication with clients, building management, and design teams

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial TI or fit-out projects

Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of interior construction, MEP coordination, and fast-track sequencing

Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain a safe, efficient jobsite

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

A detail-oriented, solutions-driven mindset

Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
