This position is responsible for assisting in overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance. Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, drywall patch/paint as well as coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ideal candidates will have 2 years’ prior maintenance experience in all areas. Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections a plus! Prior work experience in a long term care or other healthcare setting is preferred.
