We are seeking a Senior Integration Architecture Consultant with deep expertise in BizTalk Server and Azure Integration Services, and significant experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale integration solutions.

As a Senior Integration Architecture Consultant, you will be responsible for defining integration architectures across hybrid and cloud platforms, guiding development teams, and working closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. You will contribute to multiple high-profile engagements and play a key role in shaping integration best practices and standards across our client portfolio. Your future duties and responsibilities

. Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions using BizTalk Server and Azure Integration Services.

. Define end-to-end integration strategies, including hybrid (on-premises and cloud) architectures.

. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams.

. Design integration patterns using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Event Grid.

. Assess existing integration platforms and lead modernization and migration initiatives from BizTalk to Azure-based solutions where appropriate.

. Establish and enforce integration standards, best practices, and governance.

. Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

. Support solution estimation, technical risk assessment, and architecture reviews.

. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and DevOps practices for integration solutions.

. Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, and availability.

. Participate in change management, release planning, and production support activities, including on-call rotation as required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

. A minimum of 8–10 years of IT experience, with significant time spent in integration-focused roles.

. Proven experience architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise integration solutions.

. Strong hands-on experience with BizTalk Server including orchestration design, adapters, pipelines, and administration.

. Extensive experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus (Queues, Topics, Subscriptions) Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Event Grid / Event Hubs.

. Solid understanding of integration patterns (pub/sub, request-response, event-driven, message-based integration).

. Strong .NET background using C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.

. Experience with REST and SOAP-based web services, JSON and XML.

. Strong SQL Server experience, including T-SQL and performance considerations.

. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tooling.

. Excellent communication skills with proven client-facing and stakeholder engagement experience.

. Ability to lead technically, influence architectural decisions, and balance hands-on work with strategic thinking.

. Strong commitment to quality, security, and customer service excellence.

Desirable qualifications

. Experience migrating legacy integration platforms to Azure.

. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or third-party tools (e.g., Nagios).

. Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or data integration solutions.

. Experience working with Electrical Energy Utilities sector

Education qualifications

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent professional experience.

"CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 - $165,000."
