Position Summary

The In-Villa Dining Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and execution of all In-Villa Dining operations, delivering an exceptional and personalized guest experience in line with Waldorf Astoria brand standards. This role acts as the central point of communication between guests, kitchen, service teams, and other departments, ensuring timely, accurate, and luxurious service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all Guest interactions related to In-Villa Dining, including order taking, menu explanation, special requests, and order accuracy.

Maintain continuous communication with Culinary and Service teams to ensure timely preparation, delivery, and quality presentation of orders.

Coordinate daily In-Villa Dining operations to ensure seamless service flow and personalized Guest experiences.

Ensure prompt, discreet, and personalized In-Villa Dining service across all villas.

Monitor and communicate Guest preferences, dietary requirements, and VIP arrangements effectively.

Support inventory control of In-Villa Dining supplies.

Ensure accurate billing and order posting in coordination with the Finance team.

Comply with all operational procedures, hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Handle Guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating issues when required.

Operational & Administrative Duties

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and accurate order records.

Assist with staff scheduling and daily coordination when required.

Support onboarding and training of new Team Members in line with Waldorf Astoria service standards.

Reinforce luxury service etiquette, grooming, and brand expectations.

Liaise closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, and Recreation to ensure a seamless and anticipatory Guest journey.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or In-Room/In-Villa Dining in a luxury hotel or resort

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Excellent attention to detail and guest-service orientation

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously

• Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative skills

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
