The Opportunity

We’re hiring Machine Operator who are ready to learn a skilled trade. We are looking for people with mechanical aptitude, a team-first attitude, and the desire to grow. We provide hands-on training to help you build a long-term career in print finishing.

Available Shift

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 11 PM ($0.75/hour shift differential)

What You'll Learn & Do

Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance

Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting

Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly

Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials

Accurately complete job tickets and documentation

Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedulesWhat We're Looking For

A positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Mechanical aptitude (comfortable working with tools and equipment)

Ability to read and use a standard ruler accurately

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

High school diploma or equivalent
