Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on "Industrial Maintenance Manager" to lead maintenance and reliability operations at a manufacturing company's facilities. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving equipment reliability, and building a strong, safety-focused maintenance team.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
SALARY: $70K per year + Benefits
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
-Lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
-Drive the transition from reactive to preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
-Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies aligned with plant performance goals.
-Implement and optimize CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and asset management processes.
-Lead root cause analysis, downtime reduction efforts, and corrective action planning.
-Ensure reliable operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
-Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to support operational objectives.
-Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
-5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, CMMS, and Lean principles.
-Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
