Closets By Design, a leader in the home organization industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join our growing team. If youre detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced production environment we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines for production, including cleaning and calibration

Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines

Monitor machine output to identify and correct defects or errors

Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Expedite orders and respond to urgent requests as needed

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Basic maintenance and mechanical skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements

Experience with quality control processes

Familiarity with safety gear and workplace safety regulationsBonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus):

Experience with high-speed machinery
