Material Handler
ABOUT THE ROLE
Amrize, the largest manufacturer and distributor of cement and related construction materials currently has an immediate opening for a Material Handler position for its manufacturing facility located in Ada, Oklahoma.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Follow all Safety rules,work instructions and procedures
Maintain adherence to AFR policy, A-Cert, ISO, and MSHA certifications
Ensure compliance with permitted and internal requirements at all times - Properly receive, unload and store alternative materials while respecting safety and quality standards
Responsible for accurate analysis, evaluation, handling and tracking of materials received at the pre-processing platform
Ensure all appropriate material testing, monitoring and inspections are performed (shift, daily, weekly, monthly, etc...) and documented as required
Responsible forsubmitting information regarding inbound loads to appropriate LH/Geocycle personnel in a timely manner
Perform CSR (Customer Service) functions as required; schedule deliveries with transporters or generators
Utilize SAP and WFMS for PQ set up, material approvals, load scheduling, daily receipts, billing, purchase requisitions; assist with billing inquiries and issues and 3rd party transactions
Collect samples of alternative fuel and raw materials for analysis
Perform required testing in the laboratory as required
Calibration and repairs of analytical equipment to maintain functionality and accuracy
Coordinate efforts between Geocycle and the plant. Including, but not limited to providing timely analysis, inbound inventory reports, and alternative fuel composition reports
Ensure timely reporting and correction of co-processing and maintenance issues
Notify Facility Supervisor of any downtime (Via text, call, or Radio)
Ensure all mobile equipment safety inspections are performed prior to equipment use
Ensure all appropriate safety inspections are completed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Education: High School diploma/GED
Required Work Experience: 2 years heavy industry experience/material handling.
Computer and Software Skills: Knowledge of Excel, Word, SAP a plus, License to lead -OH&S Competencies. Microsoft office computer experience required.
Travel Requirements: Minimal Required

Applicable to Analyst level or below only: Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test
