Accounting, Controlling) Your Tasks We are seeking a GE Controller to lead forecasting, planning, and analysis of General Expenses.

This role will also support general accounting functions, including month-end journal vouchers and account reconciliations.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will provide insights that shape strategic decisions around GE spend.

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining collaboration in our Stamford office with flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities * Lead GE planning and forecasting cycles with ownership and accountability * Serve as a key business partner across cross-functional teams, facilitating standardized monthly meetings * Conduct monthly variance analysis of GE/Overhead actual expenses * Record GE re-classes and journal vouchers monthly/quarterly to ensure accurate reporting * Drive continuous process improvement in GE management practices * Manage cost center reporting, including cycle administration and chart of accounts oversight * Review cycles and allocations to ensure accurate departmental reporting * Lead accounting processes for balance sheet provision and accrual accounts * Oversee planning and forecasting for Other Income & Expense * Deliver detailed bridges and variance analyses comparing forecasts and prior-year results * Identify risks and opportunities to ensure organizational targets are achieved Your Profile * Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred.

* 3-5+ years of experience in a multinational CPG company.

* Strong accounting background with deep understanding of balance sheet and income statement * Experience managing GE/Overhead expenses and handling confidential information * Advanced knowledge of SAP, including CO/PA assessment cycles * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential) * Strong knowledge of internal controls and risk management * Proven ability to implement new processes and standardize reporting with stakeholder alignment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across teams Additional information ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: At Beiersdorf, we value diversity and aim to provide equal opportunities to all of our applicants - regardless of e.g.
