Cook 1 + 2.
As a Line Cook, you'll be part of a dynamic culinary team supporting our restaurants and outlets, preparing dishes for our members and guests.

What You'll Do * Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following standard recipes.
* Take inventory, requisition ingredients, and ensure your station is set up and maintained.
* Collaborate with other kitchen operations to coordinate the timing of orders.
* Notify the Sous Chef of shortages and suggest improvements.
* Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and properly store food items.
* Close the kitchen properly using the established checklist.
* Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for growth and improvement.
* Follow all safety and food safety regulations.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.
What We're Looking For * High school diploma or GED required.
* Completion of a two-year culinary school program preferred.
* At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
* Strong teamwork, creativity, and passion for the culinary arts.
