The Behavioral Sciences department is seeking qualified adjuncts to teach in-person or online in the Human Services, Alcohol Substance Abuse Counseling (ASAC) and Psychology program. Candidates must possess a skill set in research, assessment, data analysis and a concrete understanding of clinical therapy interventions. The successful candidate can teach introductory and/or advanced courses in Human Serivces, ASAC and Psychology. Online instructors will teach in a 7.5 and/or 15-week formatted class with a prebuilt template including learning goals and objectives, assignments and syllabus. New faculty will complete a new employee orientation in person or online.

Appointment/Start Date: Spring 2025 or ongoing, depending on the department and discipline.

Requirements/Qualifications: A Master's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or relevant field with clinical and research experience is required. Prior teaching experience is preferred. If interested in the in-person classes, please have flexibility of mornings, afternoon, and possible evening times.

*Hilbert College is able to hire candidates who reside in New York, Florida, Michigan, Whyoming, Ohio and West Virginia.

Compensation: $2,500 for in-person undergraduate courses. $1,600 for online undergraduate 7.5 week courses or $2,500 for online undergraduate 15-week courses.
