Role: BPO Project Manager
Duration: 18 Months (Contract to Hire)

Oversee scheduling of project tasks, meetings, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, contracts, and process records.
Manage project timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on administrative needs.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with administrative protocols and client requirements.
Previous BPO experience preferred
