We seek a Sr.
Client Partner / Energy & Mining Sector who shares our passion for innovation and change.
This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
Salary Range: $180K to 245K What will help you succeed: * English * Be able to lead and grow senior client relationships (C-suite and VP levels) across Energy, Mining, and Utilities.
* Own a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive multi-million-dollar AI, data, and digital engineering engagements.
* Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for the Energy & Mining AI Studio.
* Partner with delivery, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver AI solutions (predictive maintenance, production optimization, supply chain, ESG/emissions). * Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing client partner/consulting team.
* Own P&L for a defined book of business and contribute to studio-level revenue and margin targets.
* To be able to represent Globant in the Houston and broader energy ecosystem, including industry events and executive forums * 15+ years of experience in Energy / Mining / Utilities, with 7-10+ years in consulting, technology services, or digital/AI roles.
* Proven track record selling and delivering complex technology, AI, or data solutions to large energy or industrial clients.
* Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios and leading executive-level conversations.
* Strong network in Houston and/or key US energy hubs, with exposure to upstream, midstream, downstream, or mining.
* Experience with P&L management, practice building, or regional/vertical leadership.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving studio model.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills * Deep understanding of energy and/or mining operations and value chain.
* Knowledge of AI, data, and digital technologies and how they apply to operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
* Commercial acumen: pipeline development, solution shaping, deal structuring, and negotiation.
* Leadership and people management: coaching, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.
