ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Promotes exemplary guest service standards through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.

Assists Shift Manager with supervisory functions including performance coaching and counseling.

Monitors craps, roulette, poker, as well as blackjack, and associated novelty games and enters data in the system.

Maintains proper table inventory through fills and credits.

Attends to minor customer disputes and oversees and maintains an overall, positive customer service atmosphere.

Reports irregularities to Table games Shift Manager.

Supervises by WRC policies, procedures, and Table games policies.

Enforces Tribal and State gaming rules, regulations, and codes.

Issues playing cards and inspects them for irregularities on assigned shifts.

Oversees Table game promotions, tournaments, and special events.

Promotes a positive, safe, friendly work environment for employees and guests at all times.

Participates and attends designated meetings, training, and activities as directed.

Promotes internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.

Complies with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.

Basic Computer knowledge.

Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:

Table games staff on shift.

SIGNATORY ABILITY:

Requests for fills and credits.

Fill and credit slips.

Game openers and closures.

Game count sheets.

Club Wild Player Tracking.

ACCESS TO SENSITIVE AREAS:

Table chip tray.

Podium cards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

One (1) year of Table Games experience (OR) one (1) year of verifiable casino pit experience.

Six (6) months of dual Table Games Supervisor experience.

High School Diploma or GED. Or 10 years of experience.

Competent at craps, roulette, poker, blackjack, and novelty pit games.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Word.

Work any of the three shifts: graveyard, day, and swing.

Sit, stand, and bend for long periods in a confined space; work in a smoke-filled environment; perform repetitive motions with arms, wrists, hands, and fingers; and have good auditory and visual acuity to respond in a busy environment.

Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
