Job Description:

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Bender Operator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

The Bender Operator technician operates equipment which manufactures the metal fabricated frame for product being produced. This position is also responsible for:

Operate, Edit, and Program CNC Tube or Wire bending equipment

Conduct changeovers on benders

Use of bend check fixtures to ensure quality

Read and understand shop orders

Provide a high-quality product in a timely manner to the internal customer

Operate all other fabrication equipment in the cell (Robotic welders, drill presses, saws, hydraulic banks

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Value Added Skills:

Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

Team Player

Computer knowledge

Willingness to learn

Ability to train on any shift

Positive Attitude

Physical Requirements:

Working in areas where it can get warm

Working in a smoke free environment

Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

This is a 1st Shift position

Hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday
