Campground Attendant(Summer/Fall Seasonal)

Job ID: 34200 - Campground Attendant(Seasonal) Agency: Game, Fish and Parks Location: Madison Minimum Salary: $14.38 Hourly Description: Assist in the overall operation and maintenance of assigned campgrounds and day use facilities including but not limited to cleaning comfort stations, collecting camping fees, cleaning fire grates, managing the reservation system and providing information to the public.

Campground Attendants may operate a variety of small tools such as a gas operated power washer, weed trimmers, and cordless drills.

Equipment use may include golf carts and UTV's.

General Requirements: Money handling experience is helpful.

Ability to work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions out of doors.

Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code.

Valid drivers License required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Customer service, janitorial and facility upkeep, online point of sale systems, handle money, operation of golf carts, UTV's.
