Position Title: Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This individual will oversee various operational functions, providing crucial support to multiple stakeholders. The position demands a high level of organization and exceptional communication skills, as the coordinator will manage timelines, schedules, and vendor relationships. Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 / Year DOE

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

Implement new AI tools to enhance operational efficiency

Manage the internal intranet, ensuring effective communication and organization

Assist in vetting new vendors for operational needs

Conduct research projects to support business objectives

Oversee project timelines and execution for various initiatives

Coordinate company-wide meeting schedules, notes, and agendas

Facilitate marketing projects by managing timelines and schedules

Support travel arrangements as needed

Create efficiencies across operations to benefit the team

Operations Coordinator Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational or administrative support function

A bachelor's degree is required

Proficiency in Office 365

Highly organized with exceptional communication skills

Awareness of business operations at a high level

Ability to manage special projects and oversee execution

Experience in the benefits space or understanding of PEO or payroll company functions is preferred

HR exposure is preferred
