Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

Location: Exeter. CA

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered outpatient care team. This position offers consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to provide high-quality therapy services in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients according to established physical therapy standards

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

Complete documentation in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards

Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs

Required Licenses & Certifications

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Ideal Candidate

Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
