Job Description

Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN / WAN / MAN / SDN);

Configure and install (physical and VM-based) software, servers, routers, firewalls, and other network devices;

Monitor network performance and integrity;

Tier 3 Support - Resolve issues tiers of support have been escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure;

Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness;

Professional certifications are preferred (e.g., CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, etc.);

Solid background in network administration and architecture in a wired and wireless enterprise infrastructure leveraging MPLS, VLAN, VRFs, and VxLAN;

In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF);

Familiarity with access control models and network security;

Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g, Python, Perl);

Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.);

Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS);

Sharp troubleshooting skills;

Ability to work independently or within a group.
