Principal Accountabilities:

Answers receptions/security phone, directing incoming calls and registering/announcing visitors.

Monitors security cameras from security desk, notifying facility specialist of any unusual occurrences.

Acts as a backup to Facility Specialist as needed.

Acts as back up fire warden when Facility Specialist is out.

Responsible for supporting the facility department assisting with facility maintenance as needed.

Responsible for managing all conference room reservations and scheduling.

Issue badges, logging and tracking badges in use. Responsible for keeping a log of all badges issued and returned. All visitor badges will be accounted for at the end of the shift.

Notifies associates of visitors and track all visitors in facility in visitor log, ensuring they sign in and out.

Receive packages, notifying appropriate associate of delivery as needed.

Distributes mail per company mail grid.

Participates on special projects as requested by facility specialist working on report creation, generation, data entry, etc.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

Computer skills Microsoft Office, Excel and Access software packages- skills testing required in each

Detail oriented.

Flexible and able to juggle and prioritize work assignments.

Very good grammar and proofreading skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
