What You'll Do:

As a Kitchen Lead, your role will be essential in maintaining food quality and coaching the kitchen team. You'll be responsible for:

Training and coaching kitchen staff to follow proper food preparation, storage, and safety procedures

Ensuring all menu items are prepared to Beck's quality standards

Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen environment

Overseeing inventory levels and communicating supply needs

Monitoring food waste and implementing procedures to reduce loss

Engaging with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment

Assisting with scheduling and shift coverage as needed

Communicating effectively with the Kitchen Manager about kitchen operations, challenges, and opportunities

Cross-training in front store operations to support overall team success

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for the duration of your shift in a fast-paced environment

Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, carrying, and pushing

Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including stock and register areas

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
