Job Description

YRCI is seeking a Communications Lead to support an opportunity with the Department of Commerce (DOC). The well qualified candidate shall:

Apply superior written and verbal communications skills and is responsible for ensuring quality and clarity of all messages distributed from or on behalf of the service center.

Keep the customer are the forefront of all messaging.

Duties include:

Operate as the primary reviewer of customer communications for Enterprise Services (ES) on behalf of the service center.

Consult frequently with the Government on customer perception and experience.

Monitor quality and clarity of all messaging used in supporting service center documents, including but not limited to DTPs, auto- generated emails, and contact center scripts.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of recent experience.

Demonstrated proficiency of the English language.

Familiarity with Federal Human Resources (HR) policies.

Excellent communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Meet deadlines.

Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Strong quality assurance capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

Federal HR experience.
