Cap City Supported Living - **House Manager Weekends and Second Shift Availability** **Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Cap City Supported Living in Hilliard, Ohio.

As a House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our clients in their own homes.

This is a full-time position with weekends and second shift availability.

**Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate care for clients, including developing and implementing personalized care plans * Supervise and train caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service * Conduct client assessments and evaluate care plans to ensure effectiveness * Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and caregivers * Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding client health and well-being * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies * Manage and maintain accurate records and reports **Ideal Candidate:** * Willingness to work weekends and second shifts * Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or social services setting * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Compassionate and empathetic with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care **What We Offer:** (Please note that benefits information is not available at this time.
