What You'll Do
Lead commissioning projects end-to-end with a strong mechanical focus
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships
Coordinate testing, resolve system issues, and ensure code compliance
Produce clear technical documentation and close-out reports
Support proposals and mentor team members
What You Bring
Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred).
5+ years of project management experience in commissioning or MEP projects
Strong mechanical/HVAC expertise
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel as needed (primarily regional)
Preferred:
CxA, PE, or related certifications
