Duties will include:

Attend & successfully complete multiple Autodesk Revit Building Information Modeling classes and trainings

Construct layouts for mechanical systems on commercial projects

Work with other trade contractors to resolve clashes in the BIM model

Work with field personnel to ensure constructability of design

Generate installation drawings for use by field personnel

Perform minimal design calculations using sound engineering practices

Conduct field surveys to document existing conditions

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience working with Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Navisworks is preferred

Ideal candidate is currently enrolled in or has completed a degree program in Construction Management, Engineering, Drafting, or Design

High School Diploma
