" Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for large-scale programs.

" Establish quality standards and metrics; ensure alignment with stakeholders.

" Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including unit, integration, system, and UAT phases.

" Coordinate alpha and beta testing schedules and ensure timely execution.

" Oversee test automation frameworks and drive adoption of automation tools.

" Ensure defect tracking and resolution through structured QA processes.

" Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, operations) to meet quality goals.

" Provide status reporting on test progress, issues, and risks to leadership.

" Manage and mentor QA/test teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.

" Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.

" Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards during testing.

" Proficient in tools like Jira, Selenium, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines.

" Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.

" Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

" Work with offshore team and deliver as per the customer requirement

" Minimum 8 10 years of experience in QA/Test Management with exposure to large programs.
