Position: Small Piece Assembler As a Small Piece Assembler, you'll work with precision components and sub-assemblies for high-powered lasers.
Using tools like microscopes and tweezers, you'll follow established procedures to assemble, inspect, and maintain delicate parts.
We provide on-the-job training to ensure you succeed and thrive in your role.
What You'll Do: * Assemble, install, and inspect small components, including positioning, aligning, repairing, and cleaning parts as needed.
* Work with very small, fragile parts in a clean room environment.
* Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and arm-hand steadiness to handle intricate tasks.
Requirements: * Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
* Regular and reliable attendance, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
* Punctual and dependable; able to be present and on time for scheduled work.
* Strong attention to detail, careful and consistent work habits, and the ability to identify errors.
* Familiarity with PCs and Microsoft Windows is a plus, but not required.
