Assembler 1st Shift

ABR Employment Services is looking for a reliable candidate with basic manufacturing and assembly experience for a 1st Shift Assembler position in Winona! Pay: $18-21 per hour, based on qualifications Shift: Mon-Fri 6AM-330PM Job Summary: The right candidate will be assisting in assembling parts and components for power winches and rigging equipment Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Assemble product according to the blue print ensuring that parts and subassemblies are manufactured correctly and fit properly when putting the product together.

Must have the knowledge and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to put product together.

Ensure that parts and products meet quality standards by following established guidelines to measure

Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area

Assist in other areas and departments as needed Qualifications:

Basic Mathematical skills

Ability to read and follow instructions

Ability to work with a team and individually

Ability to lift 50lbs

Ability to stand for 8 hours of the day Education and/or Experience
