Answering patients inquiries related to bills or communication they have received from their visit.
Work closely with our 3rd parties to ensure proper handling of outsourced accounts.
Minimum 1 year of billing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Possess computer system knowledge.
* Knowledge of healthcare patient accounting and healthcare insurance coverage.
* Previous customer service experience preferably in a hospital or medical setting.
* Confidential and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proper use of standard office equipment.
