Job Description
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for light industrial projects.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and client use.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Identify and resolve potential construction issues proactively to minimize delays.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent - Light Industrial Construction should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects within the light industrial sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee on-site teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
