Bid Proposal Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end process for large-scale RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires from initial intake to final delivery.
Coordinate effectively with teams across Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, Marketing, and Design to develop comprehensive proposal strategies.
Lead proposal kickoff meetings, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure all efforts align with client evaluation criteria.
Ensure all submissions are compliant, persuasive, and visually polished, meeting tight deadlines.
Track progress, identify potential risks, escalate issues promptly, and support the creation of reusable value propositions.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
Bid Proposal Manager Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience managing enterprise bid and proposal processes, with a preference for 7+ years.
Proven expertise in managing complex RFPs and crafting tailored proposal content while ensuring compliance.
Proficiency with tools such as Responsive.io, Salesforce, Loopio/RFPIO, and Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a polished, professional communication style.
Highly organized, responsive, deadline-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor's degree required.
