Job Description
What Success Looks Like
A successful Territory Sales Rep:
Builds strong, trust based relationships with dealers and contractors
Drives consistent territory growth and strong market penetration
Maintains clean and insightful CRM data
Acts as a hardscape expert and trusted advisor
Represents the brand with professionalism and pride
Collaborates openly to create win win scenarios across teams
Strengthens dealer capability and contractor loyalty
What You’ll Do
Lead and grow your hardscape sales territory through strategic initiatives
Participate in world-class training and certification programs (Professional Sales Training, ICPI, NCMA)
Leverage our custom CRM and Business Intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and close deals
Train and enable dealer teams to grow their business with Techo-Bloc products
Maintain brand consistency and service excellence across all channels
Collaborate with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors to share knowledge and best practices
Maintain high standards for deliverables, visual branding, and user experience
Research and share creative product placement ideas on social media
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Strong and ambitious work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Post-secondary education
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a dealer network or hardscape/building materials industry
Experience building sales action plans, analyzing reports, hosting events, and developing customer relationships
Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training/meetings
Home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings; must have access to South West OH, USA
Overnight travel expected for sales and training purposes
