Capacity Development Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineer

• Applicants must be a Registered Civil Engineer or has equivalent certification by relevant authority

• Must have at least five (5) years of experience as CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST in any Construction Supervision of Bridge/Highway projects.

• With at least three (3) years of experience as Capacity Development Specialist under the FIDIC based Contract

• With relevant trainings/seminars attended

• Must be willing to work overseas
