Capacity Development Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering

• Must be a Registered Civil Engineer or equivalent certificate by relevant authority

• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in Construction Supervision of Bridge/Highway projects as CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST.

• Experiences in projects funded by International Funding Institutions are highly advantageous and preferred.

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience as Capacity Development Specialist under FIDIC based Contract

• Applicant must be willing to work overseas
