Assistant Mill Operator

Job Description Located in Crookston, MNSalary: $22.00Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals for the role of Assistant Machine/Mill Operator in a fast-paced production environment.

This position supports the Machine Operator II in daily operations and may take on supervisory duties in their absence.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Essential ResponsibilitiesMaintain high sanitation standards in assigned work areasOperate and maintain production equipment as neededLoad/unload tandem trucks at elevator and storage sitesAssist in training team members and learning Operator II dutiesMonitor grain handling equipment and storage site bin levelsBag sunflower products in 25-50 lb.
