PC Technician
Position Overview
A PC Technician is needed to support a large scale hardware refresh initiative across multiple locations. This role focuses on deploying new devices, ensuring proper connectivity, troubleshooting Level I issues, and delivering excellent customer service to end users in a fast paced healthcare environment. The position may also support additional project work, including workstation builds, equipment decommissioning, and technology upgrades. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy new hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network.
Troubleshoot Level I technical issues in real time.
Follow intake and workflow processes related to IT service management.
Collaborate with team members while also working independently when needed.
Interact with medical staff and provide high quality customer service and support.
Assist with various project initiatives such as workstation builds, equipment refreshes, and technology upgrades.
Travel to multiple assigned locations as required.Desired Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hardware deployment and basic network connectivity.
Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for Level I issues.
Familiarity with IT service management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Coachable, adaptable, and self motivated.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
