Job Description

Lead all field operations for ground-up recreational and athletic facility projects

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, inspections, and site logistics

Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality control, and documentation

Drive the project schedule, short-interval planning, and milestone tracking

Partner closely with the Project Manager on cost control, forecasting, and strategic decision-making

Serve as the key on-site representative for owners, design teams, community partners, and inspectors

Mentor assistant superintendents and participate in ongoing team development

Mostly local projects, with rare travel to check in on out-of-area builds

The Successful Applicant

5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or recreational projects

Experience with athletic facilities, community centers, fieldhouses, or similar structures preferred

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple trades on complex, schedule-driven projects

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling tools, and standard field technology

Motivated to grow long-term
