LUXary Travel is expanding and seeking five Destination Experience Consultants to join our growing team. This remote, commission based 1099 role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, client focused, and passionate about designing exceptional travel experiences.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound client communication
Develop customized travel itineraries based on client needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales goals
Provide high quality customer service throughout the planning and booking process
Record leads, interactions, and bookings using CRM tools
Stay current on destinations, travel packages, and industry trends
Qualifications
Proven sales and negotiation abilities
Strong customer service and relationship building skills
Knowledge of travel destinations or tour planning (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools (a plus)
Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality (an advantage)
