Production Manager

Our client, a leading commercial laundry provider, is dedicated to delivering exceptional laundry services to hotels in the Miami, FL region. We are seeking a passionate Production Manager to lead our teams to success. This role involves managing up to 50 laundry associates per shift and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the laundry process and the ability to operate, run, and troubleshoot laundry equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring safety, quality, performance, and work practices of laundry associates, providing necessary training and support.

- Setting and communicating clear shift goals aligned with organizational objectives.

- Establishing work schedules and tracking employee breaks and attendance for optimal workflow.

- Developing an understanding of each customer’s needs to deliver customized service.

- Implementing efficient processing methods to maximize workflow and reduce turnaround times.

- Proactively communicating any delays or concerns with relevant staff and finding creative solutions.

Qualifications required for this role include:

- A minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a production operation setting.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is desirable.
