Full-Time Digital Printing Specialist

This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and weekend shifts. We are seeking team-oriented individuals available to work Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently operate and maintain digital printing equipment daily to guarantee high-quality output.

Develop and modify customer-supplied databases for diverse printing projects.

Execute variable data printing and oversee intelligent mail barcode production.

Ensure that all printed materials uphold excellent quality standards and meet deadlines.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance as necessary.

Collaborate closely with production and scheduling teams to fulfill client requirements.

Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.

Assist with manufacturing and production tasks as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in print production or digital printing is preferred, though not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and procedures.
